Sanam baloch has been chosen for the character of Marium Mukhtiar due to her looks. She has similarity in the look with the great fighter pilot marium mukhtiar. Marium Mukhtiar was born on 18 May 1992. She is the only fighter pilot in the history of Pakistan Air Force, who died during her duty. She died due to her plane crash near Kundian, Mianwali. She died on 24 November, 2015. ISPR is supporting this movie. Pakistan Armed Forces are going to pay a tribute to this legend movie.
Marium Mukhtiar was the daughter of Army Colonel. She belonged to Karachi. She did her graduation from the Karachi. She joined Pakistan Air Force in 2014 as a fighter pilot. Six other women also joined Pakistan Air Force.
On 24 November 2015, she was on her routine mission with squadron leader saqib. They were doing an operational mission. They were flying on the Mianwali. During an air crash, both pilots ejected from the plane. Squadron Leader saqib was survived with minor injuries but the fighter pilot marium mukhtiar did not survive. She was died in the military hospital due to severe injuries.
